Returns Policy

Queer Food is happy to replace any product that is faulty/damaged or doesn't meet specification.

If you have received a product that is faulty/damaged or you have received the incorrect item, Queer Food will cover the cost of return shipping.

If you have purchased the incorrect product or would like to exchange an unopened product, you will be required to cover the cost of the return shipping.

Please contact our team within 30 days to commence a return process at hello@queerfood.com.au.

Returning Jars and Bottles

Queer Food is proud to be a sustainable company that works towards generating as little waste as possible. In line with our sustainability policy, we will give you a $1 off your next purchase for every jar or bottle that is returned in a reusable state. Contact hello@queerfood.com.au, if you would like to return used jars or bottles and we will start the process. We are happy to receive jars and bottles in the mail, or they can be dropped off locally in Canberra. We are unable to cover the of return the jars and bottles to us at this stage.

Shipping Questions

Q:  When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to have all orders shipped the same day if placed before 2pm (AEST) Monday-Friday.  Please note that during sale times, our dispatch time will extend to 1-3 business days.

Q: How do I track my order?

Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our team at hello@queerfood.com.au. Be sure to check your spam folder too!

Q: How much is delivery?

Australian Domestic Shipping: Standard shipping is $10 and express shipping $15. 

International Shipping: A flat rate of $20.

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, we do! International shipping rates above.

Q: How long will my order take to get to me?

Australian Domestic Shipping: Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch. Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping: Australia Post does experience unforeseen delays from time to time, please visit the Australia Post website for the most up to date transit times to each country.

Q: Do I have to pay custom charges?

We do our best to make sure there are no charges but yes, you will be responsible for any customs or import charges. Please contact your local customs department for further details on charges.

Q: What if I put in my address wrong?

Please contact our team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address. If your purchase is returned to us and we are not at fault, you will be required to pay for the further shipping fee.
